The Challenge

The sales operations team was relying on disjointed spreadsheets emailed weekly by regional managers. Consolidating this raw information was a manual task taking over 6 hours every Monday, meaning leadership only received outdated figures. This led to zero real-time visibility and delayed decisions regarding inventory and pricing.

The Solution

We migrated the regional spreadsheets into a centralized database structure. By implementing automated scheduled queries and Microsoft Power BI Gateway refreshes, I built an interactive reporting canvas updated hourly.

Key visual filters were established for region, product vertical, and profit margins, enabling district heads to identify sales leakage and high-margin inventory opportunities on demand.
